I have heard Grape Seed extract is a good antioxidant and a blood thinner as well as garlic.

Not grapefruit but grape seed.. Anyone tried it? I do know garlic is great and was eating it but the GERD stopped my garlic eating and I love garlic.

God Bless,

Yes, it is a great antioxidant and blood thinner.

Before you switch, remember garlic has antibiotic/antimicrobial properties which grape seed does not have. You will have to find other substitutions there if you were using it to kill lyme or other bugs.

I have been taking grapeseed extract for 15+ years...
for my 'arthritis.'

I was told when I was 23 that I had chronic reactive arthritis. I believed that until my son got sick with lyme. Now I believe that I have had lyme all this time.

I control the pain (which is localized to one arm) with grapeseed extract. At one time I took 27 pills a day to stay out of pain. Now I have a much more potent brand where I only need 1-2 per day.

Note: The grapeseed extract does not work for my son! It makes him sick! Very bad reaction & I think this is because of one of his co-infections... not sure which.

When we started muscle testing - I test strong for the grapeseed extract... my son does not. It confirms what I already knew from his reaction.

We are all different!

For me, grapeseed extract capsules, together with noni juice, completely shrinks lipomas, which are fat tumors, to nothing. A real successful treatment here.
