Ok so this is really bothering me. For the last 3 years Ive been having a nerve pain or somthing like that from my chest down into my hand. It acts up when i use the computer, thats when i started to notice it. IF i go on the computer or do ANTHING reppitive the pain shoots in my chest near my arm pit but around front , numbness shoots to my hand and all the muscls spasm up, back neck ( always tight) and down arm.
Ive stayed off computer and tryed exercises, Really getting discouraged as im not sue if this is another problem i havent addressed properly since i thought it might be lyme or was too sick too address it.
It emotionally tears me up, I cant do my music and have spent hours in discomomft from using the computer somtimes minimally just so i can research or communicate with others.
Im afraid ill never do my music again or be able to use my arm like others.
Anyone else have this kind of pain?
I want to say its carpel syndrome but its more in my chest and shoulder that goes down arm.

I'm not sure what is causing it, but I was told to take multi-B vitamins for numbness and tingling..
