it's been almost exactly 1 week since i started taking Teasel. i don't know if it really kills Lyme, but i do know that it's mobilizing the neurotoxins and probably every other poison in me. it might take a while for my body to eliminate these toxins...my ND said MONTHS for Teasel to draw out the toxins from all the tissues which then have to be processed by an already burdened liver. needless to say, i feel like crap and i'm only taking 2 drops twice a day. i have nausea, vertigo, ringing in ears, stiff neck, migraine, sore body, night sweats....everything! the one good thing it's doing is giving me heavy bowel movements. so i'm just staying at this dose and who'd have thought just a couple drops of something would cause such a punch. we shall see where this goes. anyone else on Teasel?

I have it in my cabinet. One drop was too much for my son. Made him instantly sick and took 3 days to recover. It is strong.
Keep us posted on your progress.
What are you doing to detox? This is super important... you don't want to mobilize and have those toxins lodge elsewhere in your body...
Get them out!

i'm not doing too much to detox. but so far it's drinking a lot of water, infrared sauna, and some milk thistle. i felt so bad on 2 drops of Teasel that i had to back down to 1 drop. powerful stuff!! i hope it's doing the right thing in the end...it may be a while before i get that answer.

I tried Teasel for 2 weeks until I realized either it or Andrographis were constipating me big time.
So I stopped.
I was on low dose 3x3 drops and didn't have a reaction (other than ears ring)

i'm pretty sure Teasel is a strong detoxifier, being a liver and kidney tonifier. maybe people who have little to no reaction have good working detox pathways Posted by momlyme (Member # 27775) on :
Right now we are treating HPU in my son which has to do with a defect of several of the 8 enzymes needed for the synthesis of heme. Heme is needed for liver detox reactions.
This could have something to do with the bad reaction my son had. No detoxing through the liver means mobilizing toxins and they don't have a way to get out.
Maybe we'll try it again when he gets the HPU under control.
