UGH, will my eyes ever get better? They are so dry and the veins run through them... I just want to be able to wear my contacts again... ( sad day today..

I'm in the same boat as you. Had to stop wearing contacts even when I was well enough to work.
But assuming the question isn't rhetorical, yes, they will get better. Honestly, I can't really think of a symptom that doesn't alleviate with treatment.

Couldn't wear contacts for 3 years.. One year into treatment, I'm wearing them again.
Still, I have problems with blurriness, but the dryness has improved.

I wish my eyes would get better. Two years into treatment, and I still feel that I'm losing the vision in my left eye. Eye docs, including a LL neuro=opthamologist, can't find anything with my eyes and say it's just the lyme.
Tried mangosteen--all kinds--and that doesn't do squat for me.
It's one of my lingering symptoms, and I don't know where to go or what to do.
