Which coinfection causes a racing pulse and high blood pressure. I do not have this anymore. My story is very unique and I am trying to figure some stuff out.....What also causes sharp pains in your head like a knife it only lasts for a few seconds... I am guess this could be bart bc it was accompianed by panic...

I woke up one day very sick, using the bathroom every 2 secodns, sheer panic, flashing lights headaches, racing heart, high blood pressure.

Went to the ER they ran blood said it was perfect went home still felt bad. Lost a ton of weight. Then it stopped

Had my thyroid checked, and i was hypothyroid. They said that my thyroid probably went hyper before hypo and that is typical (which it is)

But I am now wondering was that my thyroid or was that another infection rearing its head?? (Mind you this all happened before I knew I had Bartonella)

I am still waiting for my Ingenix test to see if I have lyme. My CD57 was normal as well as my C4

thoughts??

Thanks! [loco]

Hey, I've been there. Most likely It's Babs . It is hard to pick up on testing, so I would ask your LLMD to start treating for this co infection. Once you do, you will get better.

Sometimes it's hard to distinguish between the two infections. I have Bart and have experienced all of those symptoms. Many trips to the ER with negative test results. I also have chest pain and had chronic gastritis, all bart symptoms.

My Lyme test came back negative. At this point I am considering Bart as the only infection and will deal with Lyme at a later point if resolution doesn't result with Bart treatment.

Magnesium and CoQ10 have solved my heart issues and taken me off beta blockers.

Cordless Phone EMFs Trigger Heart Rhythm Abnormalities:
http://emf.mercola.com/sites/emf/archive/2011/01/12/cordless-phone-emfs-trigger-heart-rhythm-abnormalities.aspx

An international team of researchers recently discovered that in some individuals, the 2.4 GHz pulsed signals emitted by a cordless phone system produce significant disruptions in cardiac rhythm.

The researchers demonstrated that 40 percent of healthy volunteers in their study showed marked increases in heart rate, arrhythmias, and other disturbances in heart rate variability following exposure to active cordless phone base stations.

Many wireless routers and other forms of Wi-Fi technology also emit fields at this frequency.

I had tachycardia big time. It is gone now. Not sure what did it, but I don't miss it.

Also sounds like a combo of thyroid and adrenal surges.
