I'm on 300mg of omnicef 2x day. With my med schedule it would be much easier if i could take these 8 or 10 hours apart rather than 12.

Anyone do this without issue.

for what it's worth wikipedia has the half life listed as 1.7 � 0.6 hours

I take mine about 8-10 hours apart.

I can't say, though, that it hasn't caused issues.

A rock can fall on the dark side of the moon and it will cause me issues.

I take mine with breakfast and dinner, usually not 12 hours apart.

I don't have any issues with this schedule, but it is hard to say for sure. Maybe I'd be even better if I took it 12 hours apart.

I do think if I tried to take it 12 hours apart, I would end up forgetting it and missing doses.
