How important is it to take bactrim with zithro and mepron?

What does Bactrim do?

My nose is so stuffy and my stomach is killing me, I had 3 weeks off my medicine and felt so much better, started last week and couldnt take it. took a week off and started again but really........I dont want to take them ANYMORE.
Im just afraid of losing my brain completely again.

Normally, people just take zith, mepron, and pulsed artemesinin (an herb). Usually the doc does not prescribe Bactrim along with mepron/zith.

If your doc did, find out why. Maybe the zith/mepron wasn't getting rid of the babs for you, so he wanted to hit it with Bactrim also?

Why are you against Bactrim? Are you blaming it for the stuffy nose and stomach pain?

Bactrim kills babesiosis, bartonella and parasites.

It is one of the protocols used to fight all three infections (babs, bart and Bb). You pulse tindamax or flagyl with it. Dr. H uses this protocol. He also gives artemesinin.

I am thinking of starting back on Bactrim DS on my own to be sure I am covered. I need to get a liver test first.
