So I stopped Doxy after 2 months because my head was killing me. It has only been 3 days and I feel like some symptoms are coming back. Could this really happen in just 3 days or is this just my normal flair.
I would think it would take more than 3 days for everything to regrow or whatever it does
Any help would be great!!

Getting symptoms so quickly usually means you have a coinfection. Have you been tested for babesia and bartonella?
Sounds like the doxy was doing its job very well!!

I can't say for sure.. They say that co-infections do re-surface quite quickly and doxy does hit bart as well as lyme. If you only treated for 2 months, most likely that is not long enough and you may want to switch to something like Ceftin and flagyl.
Try detoxing more and add binders like apple pectin or chitosan to clear out the remaining toxins.
I do know that when my daughter stopped abx her symptoms intensified for a month or so afterwards and now (3 months later)she says she is starting to feel normal again.

I just stopped doxy as well. Anxiety which was my biggest symptom has returned after a week of stopping.

the doxy itself was causeing me the worst anxiety I have ever experienced. just since stopping my heart palpitations have returned. I have tested NEGATIVE for all co-infections

I tested negative and present clinically negative as well. I started with nausea then felt like I was having a nervous breakdown. That is slowly returning after stopping doxy. some say your symptoms spike after stopping abx. I sure hope so.

true I stopped because a constant head ache that is now gone from doxy, but 2 months in i didnt feel much better but felt like i was losing my mind instead?? I mean i really felt crazy at times. that is subsiding now since stopping doxy

Lyme causes anxiety. Taking abx creates a herx. So the anxiety gets worse while on the abx.
Testing negative for coinfections doesn't mean a whole lot.
