Dr. B's guidelines recommend Mag Tabs SR. Don't think they are available in stores. I order them online directly from the manufacturer - Niche Pharmaceuticals. Website is www.niche-inc.com.

I use this one:

Source Naturals, Ultra-Mag,
with magnesium citrate, taurinate, malate, glycinate and succinate.

Also, Peter Gillham's Calm is good,
Peter Gillham's Natural Calm,
with Ionic magnesium citrate.

If you can't find the Ultra-Mag, look for a mag with one of the ingredients, like magnesium glycinate.

I was told to take chelated magnesium for better absorption.

I take Solgar Chelated Mg+ 400mg daily (4 pills).
