I just bumped up to 3 drops today, and it think i'm having a flare.
The literature says to back down to the previous dosage if i have a "significant" flare, but that's not exactly an quantifiable term.
I can handle this, i feel crappy and i've got numbness and pins and needles but i can take it. Should i keep at 3 drops for now?

Numbness = significant to me. Probably time to back down if that's not your normal symptom. How bad would you consider significant to be for other herxes? Everyone has different tolerances.

it's just slight numbness. Pins and needles and achy.
Other than that its just the same old hot/tired/crappy feeling i always have - just worse.
I had it at one drop and stuck with it and it went away. Only that time is was in my right arm and now its in my right leg.
I guess what i'm asking is that if i can "take it" should i try a couple more rounds of the same dosage before i backtrack? I'd hate to slow my progress.

It's really a personal choice.. some try to push through the herxes while others try to play it safe. According to Byron White, you should back off. I just add a binder like chitosan when I have a bad herx and that seems to help ease the herx.

When I herx on BWF's I just hold at that dose.
Something about dropping the dosage doesn't sit well with my psyche : )
30, Which one are you on?

I'm on A-L. (and omnicef)
I think i'm going to hold at 3 drops. The flare is already passing .. only lasted a few hours.
If it's bad tomorrow i'll go down to 2.
Thanks for the info everyone!

I had gotten up to 9 drops twice per day with A-Bab and was flaring badly.
I took one day off and then dropped down to 7 drops. Still a little worse than I was when I was on 7 drops before.
So I think I am going to hang out here a few more days then ramp up slowly again and see what happens.
