Yes you can. Take it 30 min before a meal.

I took it (10 drops 2 x per day) when I plateaued on Biaxin/Amoxy. It was a great addition to the ABX.

I know of plent of Lymies that do both

I am taking both Samento and Banderol along with Clindamycin.

Of course not at the same time. I always space my abx at least 2 hrs. from anything else I take.
