So I have got this before antibiotics, went away after a while. Now its back. They are small red bumps on the inner elbow, where your arm bends inward. They do not itch, or burn, or hurt. This skin around them seems somewhat smooth in appearance, possibly dry.
anyone else get this or know what it is? thanks.

well i have an idea that it was caused by my bodywash... no more bodywash and it seems to be slowly going away.. who know?
