My LLMD includes this in my protocol, saying it's critical for breaking the biofilm and making Lyme accessible for antibiotics. I'm taking 2 capsules 3X/day. Have others had experience with this product?

It's the best proteolytic enzyme for biofilms and fibrin.

I took another (weaker) enzyme called Serrapeptase. I had a bad clotting disorder, and recently lab worked proved that I no longer have it because of this enzyme. When it busted through fibrin/biofilms, it caused a herx reaction for me.

If herxes aren't too strong right now, I would definitely stick to it. It's an important supplement (critical if you have disseminated intravascular coagulation), and there is no prescription available that is nearly as powerful.

I just started Lumbrokinase (yesterday) and don't seem to be tolerating it well. Then again, I'm not currently on antibiotics. Is that a no-no? Think I had problems with nattokinase, too.

I seem to tolerate serrapeptase much better, and it helps my sinuses at least, if nothing else.

I just had some special Lab Corp test done on Thursday to see if I have that clotting problem or 'sticky blood'? No results yet, but I hope she puts me on Ceftin soon...

I have been taking it for about 3 months. The one thing it did for me was thin my blood.

I had horrific nightmares on it. I think it was thinning blood and releasing neurotoxins. Once i stopped the nightmares stopped. I take Rechts-Regulate that works just as good and kills mycoplasma too boot.

I couldn't handle it. Herxes were too severe

But many tolerate it fine

I have taken lumbrokinase (Boluoke), nattokinase and Rechts Regulat. I recently also did 20 days of enoxaparin (a heparin like agent) injections.

Initially, when I first took Boluoke I got big herxes, then they faded away. Recently when doing the enoxaparin injections, I again had big herxes. Then I started Rechts Regulat and that also caused dizziness and a shivering sensation within 15 minutes of taking it.

So I was very curious to hear that it killed mycoplasma- sk8ter, can you tell me where I can find more information about this ? or perhaps it was just hitting a biofilm in my stomach ?

I started this about two and a half weeks ago. Lumbrokinase 2 pills twice a day.

I was told to take it with Samento, Banderol and my current antibiotic Clindamycin (which I am on for two months-one pill a day).

I've not noticed any negative side effects.

My family dr. wanted to put me on an aspirin a day for palpatations and some plaque build up in my abdominal aorta, but I was unable to take even a coated aspirin due to gastritis/GERD.

I suppose the Lumbrokinase is helping with those problems as well.

I have not noticed any herxes or difference in my overall symptoms.

This is my second full month of antibiotics and I've not had any herx like symptoms.

I have taken it in the past, and didn't feel much of anything.
