I'm having trouble managing the scheduling of all the abx, probiotics and supplements that I need to take. Can probiotics be taken at the same time as mineral supplements, such as calcium?

I take mine together. Never had an issue.

I think probiotics are best taken alone to ensure proper absorption and to make sure minerals and other substances don't interfere with the effectiveness of the probiotic.
It's a difficult balancing act trying to fit in medications and supplements, that's for sure.

I think its best to take probiotics alone. And yes it is difficult to fit everything in.

Boy that just came home to me again.. what a pain!! I'm on abx for a bladder infection and even with taking only 2 a day .. it's harder than my usual schedule of pills!! dang!
I just took some extra probiotics (just in case) and then I forgot... and I ate something.
Anybody know how long after taking probos we should wait until eating again??

Some probiotics actually say to take with food. I typically wait at least an hour after probiotics to eat (except for the ones that say take with food) because that's how long it says to wait after taking minerals to take Doxy. So I'm assuming that it takes about an hour for things to clear the stomach. But totally my speculation.
