Is this ammonia due to Lyme?

Does anyone ever feel like they are breathing out ammonia or have a menthol-like feeling as they are breathing out, on the back of their throat/nasal area?

I do not smell it.

I can only feel it's "coolness".

Has anyone experienced it or know what it is?

I did have this. It went away with reflux medication.I didn't know I had reflux at the time, and I had this exact sensation for almost a year.
