Do you need the best probiotic or something to kill this out??

Ann,
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but Align Probiotic has Bifidobacterium infantis 35624, (Bifantis) 4 mg.
I took it for digestive problems per my family practice doctor due to digestive pain and diarrhea.
After a CT scan of the pelvic and abdomen area plus an ultrasound, all was normal (for a postmenopausal female); however, I still had pain and "D", so she suggested I take Align Probiotic.
That was several months ago. I have since added Phillips Colon Health Probiotic (that really worked for me for the "D"). I switch sometimes. Both work for me.
