I am on my 4th week of IV ceftriaxone and believe I herxed for a 2nd time.

Can that happen and will it happen again?

Sure... over and over until you are well. I felt like I was always in a constant herx.

Lyme patients normally herx every 3-5 wks.. you are right on target.
