I have had a rash similar for years. It covers a lot more area than your pic all over my chest.
It never went away and figured some sun rash or something. On my first appointment with LLNP I did not even mention it, but she too one look at me and said this is a Bart rash. All my research has said otherwise, but she is positive it is Bartonella rash? All I know is it has been there for at least 6 years, so not sure what to believe but it is very similar to your pic.

I have the similar rashes on my back.
I also suspect Bart.
