Working up to the dosages the Dr.M recommends but slowly on the plaq because of the gi upset whichI already have...wondering if its worth the effort. Aimed at biofilm and possble protozoan Dr. F sees in his labwork Seems most folks on Biaxin and Plaquenil.

I'm taking minocycline, plaquenil and lumbrokinase for the same reasons you are.

I've been taking the lumbrokinase and minocycline for some time now, along with azithromax, rifampin and a horde of herbals.

Despite three days of suffering immediately upon adding plaquenil to my regimen, I am beginning to see a noticeable improvement in fatigue and lessening of generalized pain.

The changes are small but, for me, significant. Fatigue is my worst complaint.

I'm only experiencing mild gi symptoms in the morning.

I'm also on a low-fat diet as an additional measure against Dr. F's protozoan and began it at the same time I added the plaquenil. If you aren't already doing this, you may want to ask your doctor about it.

This is the first dramatic improvement I've seen since I started being treated for Lyme and co-infections almost a year ago. Everything else has been a slow, barely perceptible improvement.

Best of luck to you!
