Since my iron is low (among other things), my doc just suggested a pre-natal vitamin. I have currently been taking Blood Builder for a few months. She thought a pre-natal may be better.
Any suggestions on good brands?
Thanks, Tammy

You need a prescription for the best prenatal vitamin. But, any over the counter should work well too. I still take prenatal vitamins because I think they are good. I buy mine at a local health food store.

When I was pregnant my ob said there was no point in getting prescription prenatal vitamins because the over the counter ones are just as good. I use nature's bounty. I find they are easy on my stomach.
