After a couple of years of being off abx, I had some testing done and sure enough - Bb, bart and babs are causing the issues that I'm having.

I am taking doryx, zith, famvir and I tested well with herbs. I am going to cycle in Bb-1, Bar-1 and Bab-1 slowly.

Do I take the drops in water? Empty stomach?

Yes, a little water and on an empty stomach.. away from abx..
