I've been wondering for a while if B-12 injections would benefit me, but I have normal levels somewhere around 450 in the range of 200-850 or something close to that.

Does the blood level accurately represent whether or not to supplement for B12?

The B12 lozenges really helped bring my B12 up from 127 to 850 in about 3 months. I didn't want the injections, thought I would give the lozenges a try and they are working great.

My llmd told me you can test really high on B12 levels and still not be absorbing it.

The injections have helped me tremendously. I take them 3 x week.
Can't believe I put this off so long.

I am doing better on Hydroxy B 12 shots, oral didn't help me. I do not know my blood level.
