Anyone ever had pain or pressure coming from under their tongue...or somewhere between neck and lower jaw inside

My lower jaw and the base of my skull seem to be the focal point of ALL of my symptoms. I wouldn't call it a 'pain' though...but rather I feel pressure at the base of my skull, tension in my upper back and neck. I feel a CONSTANT tugging sensation in my lower jaw, too, almost as if there are a pair of magnets in my lower front gums, being pulled towards the upper jaw.
