I am starting to consider rife. I know there are different machines and i am looking for patient experiences. Especailly interested in these questions.
1. What is your favorite rife machine? Why?
2. What are you treating with it?Were you simeoultaneously using other treatments?
3. How much do you think the rife treatments have helped? (how bad were you prior to rife and where r you now?)
4.and how long have you been treating with rife to get those results.?
Thank you so much for your input. It is greatly appreciated.

We have used the Rife Labs EMX, the GB-4000 in contact mode, and the GB-4000 with the MOPA amplifier with a plasma tube.
The Rife Labs EMX is no longer available, so that is not an option. It is a lower powered device anyway, so its effectiveness is somewhat limited.
I like the GB-4000 because it can be used as a contact device or as a plasma device with the MOPA amplifier, and has adequate power.
When used as a plasma device, it is as close to the original Rife machine used by Royal Rife as exists today.
It is not cheap, especially with the MOPA amplifier, but it is the real deal.
quote:2. What are you treating with it?Were you simeoultaneously using other treatments?
We have used frequency treatments for Babesia, which was eliminated.
Bart, which is either eliminated or reduced to a minimal amount.
Lyme, which is not eliminated, but reduced to a minimum.
H-Pylori, which was easily eliminated. I also eliminated this infection in myself, using the same method.
We have used several treatments in the past. Samento, Cumanda, MMS, Spiro were all tried at one point of another. They helped, but in my wife's case, she could not tolerate oral treatments for a longer period of time.
She has never used standard antibiotic treatment. Not that we did not want to go that route, but lack of a positive Lyme test determined that she would not be treated. The doctors were not Lyme literate, or very good doctors in any respect.
Lately, we used Cumanda, and frequency treatments for Bart. This worked quite well, but she did end up with Stomach problems from the Cumanda after a few weeks use.
By in large, frequency treatments have been the mainstay, and mostly used by themselves, but I have no objection to combined treatments, if it may help. We just are real limited in that area.
quote:3. How much do you think the rife treatments have helped? (how bad were you prior to rife and where r you now?)
Crippling joint pain, swollen ankles, nerve problems, mental problems, and other misc symptoms are all gone now. My wife is 100% at this time, as long as we continue to treat on occasion.
She is not cured, but is not symptomatic at all most of the time. When she is symptomatic, it is sore ankles or some other minor joint pain with no other symptoms.
It took about two years eliminate most symptoms, but we also had to figure out a lot of things on the way.
It would be far faster, with what I know now. There are a lot more people that know how to go about this now, than there was then. The equipment has also improved considerably.
quote:4.and how long have you been treating with rife to get those results.?
Total treatment time has been over six years. As I mentioned, most symptoms were eliminated long before that.
Not everyone gets the results we have. There are a lot of variables. I began treating her a few months after the initial infection. She was not sick for years prior to treatment.
It is not a miracle cure either. Cures are rare, but it certainly has made a huge difference for many people with Lyme, but not all people.
Good Luck
Dan

Thank you for sharing your expereinces. It is so helpful.
D Bergy - I am so sorry your wifes treatment options were limited because she couldnt find anyone to treat her. I am glad she has made so much improvement.

1. What is your favorite rife machine? Why?
I use the DT EMEM 5A - it was the cheapest alternative and I know it's a good machine. It was also recommended by my dr. It's easy to use and can do the very high and low frequencies. I may or may not have to buy a stronger machine at some point.
2. What are you treating with it?Were you simeoultaneously using other treatments?
I treat Lyme, Erlich., Babs, Bart, Parasites and Lymph/detox. I typically only use the rife but I don parasite cleanses (30 day) three to four times per year, as well (I don't rife for parasites when I do the cleanse)
3. How much do you think the rife treatments have helped? (how bad were you prior to rife and where r you now?)
I have definately been very successful with parasites. Also feel like I'm beating down the other germs - but I've had Lyme for 30+ years so I'm in this for the long haul - and I won't give up! I plan to use it for viruses as well.
4.and how long have you been treating with rife to get those results.?
Parasites - one year (but only everyother week - now doing every week) A little over a year for the rest.

Thank You for your response mojo. I have been sick with lyme a very long time too so i dont really expect anything to work magic and fix overnight what has been broken so long. I am glad rife is helping you and you have such a positive outlook. I think sometimes people underestimate the power of having the attitude of keep going/fighting and not giving up.

Another nice thing about Rife is you can more or less control when you herx and you can rife around special events like holidays, weddings, etc.
I use my sauna big time right before those events and most of the time I manage to have a "good" day.
Not 100% fool proof but works pretty well.

1. I have a GB-4000. I like it because i use the sweep function a lot; some other machines can't do sweeps. (Sorry i can't compare to choose a favorite).
2. I'm treating Lyme, Babs, Bart, Mycoplasm, and about once a week, Candida. I've been doing rife for a bit more than a year. Before that, 5 1/2 years on abx. (The last year was on scrounged and left-over abx, missing a lot of doses.)
I was never treated for Bart, not even diagnosed with Bart. Treating empirically with rife for Bart gave me the diagnosis.
3. I was never very sick but i never get well.
One great thing the rife did was to cure my gut problems (mostly, at least got them manageable.) For a year before rifing i had problematic gut Candida, which i couldn't get rid of. My guts were in bad shape and hindering my life. Rifing for Candida didn't cure it either. Finally , thanks to a cue from GiGi, i tried rifing for gut parasites--- lo and behold, it worked! I'm reasonably normal now. I have to rife for Candida once a week to keep it down.
How much has rife helped?---- I've been off antibiotics for a year!
It didn't take rifing long before i went off abx.
I have got tired of spending 50 minutes a day on the rife machine. PE-1 is quicker. (Photon therapy plus homeopathic nosodes).
Today i did my first PE-1 treatment! I feel good.
Musiclady on the PE-1 forum yahoo group was doing rife and PE-1 treatments on alternate days.
If it works, i may switch over to PE-1, since i don't want to spend so much time on the rife machine.

Thank you for your response pamoisondelune. I am glad your gut problems are better and I hope everything else starts to get better too.
What is PE-1 treatment?

PE-1 is the name of a machine which does LED photon therapy, used together w homeopathic nosodes. Sota Lightworks is a less expensive similar device , about one tenth as powerful. Bionic 880 is even more expensive, bigger and more powerful.
There are many posts and threads on Lymenet about photon therapy. The people who went to Germany for treatment from Dr W are getting photon therapy.

I am so thankful for my EMEM5a which I have used for over 6 yrs. I had to pretty much stop ATB's.
If not for "Rife"....... where would I be?

1. What is your favorite rife machine? Why?
EMEM 5A .. reasonable price!! Ease of usage.
2. What are you treating with it?Were you simeoultaneously using other treatments?
No, I was off abx one year before beginning rife.
3. How much do you think the rife treatments have helped? (how bad were you prior to rife and where r you now?)
Probably a LOT since I've been able to stay off abx for nearly 7 yrs now.
4.and how long have you been treating with rife to get those results.?
I treated for about 4 yrs .. I've been lazy lately but have started back on it now. It's good for other illnesses too, including candida.
