My doctor recommended very small doses of bio-identical cortisol to support my adrenal glands (and then adding in natural thyroid hormone to support the thyroid).
I've taken the cortisol for about a week and feel like it's causing a herx reaction.
Has anyone had a similar experience?

I don't want new people to think that taking cortisone is OK.

It's different from regular cortisone. I take it too.
