I just took a walk for the first time since getting sick.

Felt good afterwards-but an hour later had increased muscle pain, foot throbbing, and nausea.

Can you herx from exercise

Sounds like you overdid it.

Last Dr. K conference I went to said that exercise can bring on detox.

Dr. K recommended taking a binder before exercise, then exercising and then napping immediately following to avoid next-day post-exertional fatigue.

So far, so good! Best wishes,

Yes. Increased circulation can bring the body's immune system cells into contact with areas that don't normally see much immune system activity and can also mobilize toxins as said above.

Increasing fluid intake and taking Vitamin C can help, but ultimately one must figure out how much post-exertional symptoms one can handle vs. the benefits of getting that exercise...

You have to strat slow, gentle stretching some weight lfiting and swimming would be ok, these all should help you overcome the fatigue with time, but if you feel your heart rate spppeding up then take it easy.

I get the weirdest symptoms hours after exercise. It usually makes me feel toxic and effects my sleep. There has been times where I felt good for over a week straight, then decided to be my old self and run a little.... big mistake. I pay the price for days after with fatigue and cloudy head as well as weird sleep.
