So I have been having these bouts of back aches, especially in my lower back. I usually feel it when I take doxycycline. Strange enough its within minutes of taking doxy. i dont think doxy works that quick would it? And am I herxing? or bad posture? toxins build up? My lower back is still aching from last night. This back aches stuff has been coming and going over the last few weeks. Ive been on treatment only 4 wks. I heard that new symptoms or old symptoms occur during treatment. Someone please tell me what your perspective on this is.??

If you've been on doxy for about 4 wks, sounds like your herxing..& yes, new/old symptoms can occur.
