I was recently diagnosed with Babesia Ducani. I have been treating Lyme, Bart, Mycoplasma, RMSF for 5 yrs now and feel much better.
My remaining symptoms are:
Night Sweats Twitching - Especially in stomach area Nausea Spells of Weakness, pain in head. Occasional Headaches Cold hands/Feet GI problems and Gas Heart arrhythmmia Spacey at times
Can Babesia Ducani patients please tell me what the best treatment is for this bug?
Malarone??? If so what is the best combo with Malarone? Also would like to hit remaining RMSF, MYCOPLASMA, LYME at the same time.

I am taking malarone, doxy, amoxy and ART, pulsing in Tidimax to hit lyme and babs

I'm curious about this too. I've tested a weak positive for Babs duncani.
