I had this panel done through Quest, and their test is different than the one through LabCorp. I am hoping those 90's are a good thing........

CD57, CD3, CD8, FLOW CYTOMETRY
CD57+ 4 0-19% LYMPHOCYTE

CD57+ 3 0-7% of WBC

CD57+ 179 0-741 cells/uL

CD57+/CD3+ 2 0-12% LYMPHOCYTRES

CD57+/CD3+ 1 0-4% of WBC

CD57+/CD3+ 90 0-468 cells/uL

CD57+/CD8+ 2 0-12% LYMPHOCYTES

CD57+/CD8+ 1 0-4% of WBC

CD57+/CD8+ 90 0-468 cells/uL

CD57+/CD3+/CD8+ 1 0-9% LYMPHOCYTES

CD57+/CD3+/CD8+ 1 0-3% of WBC

CD57+/CD3+/CD8+ 45 0-351 cells/uL
CD57+/3-/8- % of total WBC = 1
CD57+/3-/8- ABSOLUTE = 90 cells/uL

CD57+/3- % of total WBC = 1
CD57+/3- ABSOLUTE = 90 cells/uL

Tif,

Hum...... glad I saw this! I just requested, not the Dr., the CD57 test. Labs will be done in May.

Check this site: www.healthcentersofamerical.com
Someone gave this to me.

I don't understand your readings though. It looks a bit confusing.

Here's what LabCorp.interpretation is:

>200 is normal
<20 severe illness
0-60 is seen in chronic Lyme disease
>60 Lyme activity indicates improvement

Just passing along, please know that I wouldn't want to give wrong info, so check site out yourself, it'll have this information.

Best wishes, HH

Quest does not run the right test only Labcorp does..

I heard from a nurse at my llmd office that quest recently started doing. That's a bit of a confusing report. Perhaps the 90's below are equivalent, perhaps not. Wish someone knowledgeable would figure out what quest is doing and let us know.

From what I have read, Labcorp is used more reliably than Quest for this test. I think the closest Labcorp to me is over an hour away........but this is something I will check into in the near future as I would like to have a measurement that I feel is accurate.

I would read it as being 90 which is safely in the low-normal part of the reference range.
