Yes there are many A-Bab posts here you can read.

A-Bab can be really strong for some people. Start very slow and build up your dose gradually. I was extremely sensitive to it.

I haven't taken A-BAB, but I do take A-Bart and A-L. I agree with Sammi, the BWF's are much stronger than even the leading LLMD's realized.

I go up 1/3 drop per week, and my little one goes up 1/6 drop per week.

I feel these products are the things that finally pushed me into remission.

But it was rough at first. For some reason, these compounds make me very depressed if I take too much too quickly.

Best of luck to you, and take it slow.

To do 1/2 drop, mix one drop in a measured container and only drink half.

Thanks everyone for the help I think Iam going to wait a couple of weeks before I start a bab because right now Iam having an all out war with my canindida that I plan to win.Two different herxes at the same time would be to much Thanks Again
