Recently I thought I had turned a corner and started getting better (less anxious, less dizziness, less brain fog)...but now I have new symptoms...almost flu-like, stuffiness, very sore joints and muscles swollen glands...I thought I was getting sick, but I have never gotten a full-blown illness, and these things have been lingering for about 2 weeks...maybe a herx?...maybe allergies?...maybe effects of anti-biotics (doxy, mepron, zith for about 6 months)...just curious to others opinions...I'll see my LLMD tomorrow for f/u.

you have the same flu-like symptoms...I thought maybe allergies or yeast?...I'm not sure how to tell.

Could be yeast, yes.

Not sure it can cause swollen glands, but man, it can cause a lot of trouble!!

Definitely can cause the other symptoms you mentioned.

For sure is intercellular something bacteria ore virus.Bacteria can be :lyme ,bartonella chlamydia mycoplasma ,yersenia .strepptoccocus ,staphyloccocus, brucella .Yeast apsegillus ,candida, coccidoides and some other yeast and mold forms.
Viruses EBV,CMV,adenovirus,red cheak virus.
All of this can give your symptoms alone or combined with bacteria virus mold .
I know is hard but it can be also your body started to wake up and react in things that did not recognise before .It is always good to have all the time on board something for viruses and yeast when you do antibiotics.

It could be flu or it could be other things, and it's impossible for a layperson to know.

But I do want to offer this.

I attended a panel discussion with 6 physicians, 5 of them were naturopaths and 1 was a mainstream oncologist.

The subject was flus and the swine flu.

One of them---the mainstream oncologist--- spoke of the flu as being like a fire drill for the immune system, exercising and strengthening it. The naturopaths agreed.

Thought that might be interesting information. If this turns out to be a flu bug, you can have that in the back of your mind as information.

Best wishes, CI

If your immune system is waking up, then it very well could be "recognizing" things that it didn't "see" before, thus the difference in symptoms.

Or if the spirochetes are moving to different places, then that could also explain the difference in symptoms.

Or if a different coinfection is coming to the forefront because other coinfections have been beaten down, then that could also lead to a change in symptoms.

Or you might just have a recently acquired or newly re-activated virus...
