I don't mean just the sniffles. I mean body aches, feverish, cough, head pressure.. but it never turns out to be a cough or cold?

i'm stumped. this stuff happens over and over again. Maybe just part of lyme?

could be toxins.....

I can tell when I am getting toxic....it's always the same pattern

-fatigue
-sinus pressure
-chest congestion
-headache

Maybe try a session in a FIR sauna and see if it goes away?
