You should look into doing the cunningham test, it tests for anti-neuronal antibodies and autoimmune type issues that is consistent with what you're describing

Already did it. CAM Kinase is 142 and anti-neuronals all normal. My son is being treated for lyme currently with biaxin and omnicef which according to Cunningham the elevation in Cam she has found related to lyme and strep.

What lab does the Cunningham test? First I have heard of this test. Are there any links or articles explaining the test?
Thanks.

You can do a search for the Cunningham test. There is also a study done that proves chronic lyme disease that I am surprised is not talked about more on this site.
It was done by all the people who are against Chronic lyme too, including Wormser.
It's entitled "Anti-neural antibody reactivity in patients with a history of Lyme borreliosis and persistent symptoms"
