My husband is on IV Rocefin now for 7 weeks. His energy level is improving and he is feeling a little better, but his hands are extremely weak when it comes to doing fine motor skills like buttoning his shirt and pants. Also his arms are so stiff, he can not lift them over his head. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

I went to a sports med doctor in addition to my LLMD because I was on the road to getting frozen shoulder due to Lyme pain and stiffness.

With proper shoulder stretching exercises I have overcome lack of movement. I still have the stiff feeling at times but I think that doing 'range of motion' exercises are important so as not to let the stiffness take over to the point where one is really unable to move. Just my opinion. [Smile]
