Hello all,

I recently procured these while at my LLMD visit, she told me these were good things but I wasnt sure on usage.

Do you use them as a daily regimin or when you feel a flare? Which is better?

With Pekana I know there are directions on the box but us lymies dont often follow that so I'm wondering if anyone has experience and how they take it (ie how often, how many drops, with supplements or herbs or abx or away from them and if away how long etc etc) thank you.

Pekana is a great for detox. We would use 10 drops of each and were instructed to put in a pot with a small amount of water to boil off the alcohol. Then add to a litre of water and sip throughout the morning. At least an hour after abx.

It depends whcih pekana remedies you have.

Iteres - lymph
Renelix - kidneys
Apo-Hepat - Liver

Sydetox - Liver

I wouldn't take both Sydetox and Apo-hepat.

I'd go with Sydetox + Iteres + Renelix

lulu-I could smell the alcohol when I opened the bottles so I like the idea of boiling that off.... it doesn't kill the good stuff though ?

I have the Pekana drainage and sydetox the sydetox says for relief from indigestion etc on the bottle is that the same one used for liver detox?

Also when do you take it everyday? Or just when you feel crappy? Thanks
