I just started using the one by Dr. John Lee. He's the doctor who did a lot of research on progesterone deficiencies.
Ordered it off his website.

I think Progest-E is a great product. It is pure progesterone in a vitamin E base, which keeps the progesterone from loosing it's potency. I have had trouble in the past with creams that have lost their potency.
I second progest.

I like Progessence Plus. It is micronized to 4 microns for optimum absorption. No site rotation needed. Also, one doesn't need to stop application during the monthly cycle. I met the doctor who helped create this stuff, and he gave a fantastic presentation on the benefits of using natural progesterone.

We have been using Arbonne for the past six years. You can look up Dr. John Lee. He was the pioneer in the bio-identical hormone replacement research.
