I have been treating since Sept. I have felt slow steady progress. I have quit smoking, My diet is pretty good, I am taking Diflucan every day .....am doing Glutatione pushed weekly for four weeks, I am taking all my supps. I have been on Parastroy for three months.

Why do I feel worse? My air hunger is back, anxiety is back. My pulsatile tinnitus never ever gave me peace not once in almost a year. My head pressure is still there, maybe it has lessened but it is still there.

I am even more fatigued than I was two months ago !! My Dr. Says I am tolerating the meds really well (uuughhh) and talked about possible adding Rocefin (sp) or Rifampin. Forgot what he said, but something intra cellular. But not yet. Another two months on my current meds. Is this just a 24/7 herxing thing I am going through?

Should I back off the parasite cleanse, the glutathione? I am sad, and frustrated and I don't know where to turn. I am going to a LL Neuro next week who will look into metals. I worked at a hazardous waste site for a year so I am wondering about environmental illness.

I know I am allergic to mold so possible this could be what is holding me back. Any advise would be APPRECIATED. I know I am tolerating the meds but why no more improvement !

Not that it means anything but my CD-57 went from 27 in Dec to 44 in March and now it is all the way down to 20. [Frown] I am crying and know I need to hold on but I don't want to fight this fight anymore. If is wasn't for my supportive family and my kids who I adore, I would throw the towel in.

Hey there - long time no speak. You can and will beat this - stay strong and don't give up the fight. Remember, it's a marathon not a sprint. I saw family members yesterday that I haven't seen in awhile, who know nothing about lyme and can't believe I have been on abx for a year. I hope they never have to go thru this.

Oh fflutterby, I am so sorry. I didn't realize you were struggling like this. I KNOW how you feel. It is all just too much sometimes. And there seems to be no easy solutions.

You are in the right place to find your answers. Keep posting and staying in touch with those who you seem to connect with. For me, Dr. K's teachings seem to resonate the deepest with me. When you are up to it, and if you haven't done so already, go back and try to find as many presentations and videos of his as you can. I feel like a lot of my answers lie within his protocols. I'm sure there are open-minded LLMDs in our area who would be willing to try his approaches.

Hang in there, my friend. You will see better days ahead. As your tagline says "Our God is bigger than this". This is a good reminder for all of us.

Warmest wishes,
Tammy

I am so sorry that you are going through this. Have you looked at co-infections?

Air hunger is a symptom of Babesia. also quitting smoking can uncover thyroid and adrenals issues (also Lyme can contribute to the same issues) which can cause depression, anxiety, air hunger.

I hope you feel better soon

You are doing alot of killing with the meds.. Are you detoxing properly? You will feel worse if you don't use a good detox. I recommend the pekana kit, burbur, detox tea.. even red root to keep the lymph system in order..
