So Im gonna get a picc. Doing rocephin. also going to do doxy 400mg and 4 tabs of malarone. Is this ok? any suggestions of dosage? pulsing?

Maybe ask a pharmacist if the combination is safe.
As for how to dose it, I have no idea...maybe your doctor should consult with one of the very experienced LLMD's on the East Coast (such as Dr. H in NY)?

It is good to use the internet to be informed patient, and the collective body of knowledge on this board is gigantic. So you can be in the know on treatment. And be an expert on you. That is what you bring to the table.
Your doctor brings to the table expertise on treatment/medicine. A doc who "does not know very well" to me is not the doc I want to see at the table.
In addition to medication dose, you might want to discuss Actigall - a gall bladder support medication a lot of doctors prescribe to folks on IV Rocephin - with your doc.

Your doctor should absolutely know if this combo is ok! He should not prescribe if he does not know.
