Hello fellow rifers!

A heads-up here....
I am a long term rifer( plus abx and everything else). Rifed for over 5 years with many different types of devices. Stopped rifing about a 2 years ago when I started to get a reoccurring tingling in my nerves after rife sessions and the tingling took longer and longer to go away. It now has been suggested by physicans as small fiber neuropathy.

I cannot prove it is related to the rifing, but at a minimum, aggravates the condition.

My humble suggestion is the following:

1)If you must rife and are choosing between a contact device or a "non-contact" device(like a doug coil). Go with the non-contact device.

2)If you have a power setting.. go with a lower power.

We all want to get better, but we need to be careful.

Thank you for the warning. Better to report it, even if you are not certain what caused it. It gives us a heads up if the symptoms occur in someone using this method.
