What does Artemesia absinthium (wormwood herb) treat and how good is it as a treatment protocol?

My daughter and I both used wormwood and were happy with the results. If you are treating babesia it's recommended that you use this alternating with Cryptolepis.. every two weeks.

This advice was give to us from Kate at Woodland Essence who consulted with her master herbalist. Buhner sometimes defers to Kate to provide dosing information.

It is also used to treat other parasites.

There are different species of wormwood.

Artemisia absinthium is a very strong antiparasitic. It's primarily used for GI parasites.

Artemisia annua (sweet wormwood) is antiprotozoan. It is used internationally in the treatment of malaria. For Lyme and co-infections, we use it to treat Babesia. The constituent is Artemisinin. Sometimes it's referred to as Art, as in "I'm on Mepron/Zith and pulsing Art."
