I was actually thinking about this tonight too. Previous to finding out about Lyme, I had been taking bio-identical hormone T3 due to too much reverse T3 and too little T3. I had gone off of it for awhile, and now considering going back on it.

Helped me also!

Helped with sleep, fatigue and brain fog.

I use oral Progesterone, topical Estrogen and Testosterone.

Also use oral Vit D3 and DHEA.

Dekrator.. where do you get your Progesterone, topical Estrogen and Testosterone?? Do you see a dr. for this? or over the counter?

Anyone have night sweats go away with these? The night sweats from babs I mean....

I do take Armour Thyroid.... haven't seen much difference in taking it or not.. oh, maybe my energy is back but who knows if that came from thyroid or further in treatment with abx.

They didn't help me but I was taking them for extreme menstrual cramps - not menopause issues.

I found liquid iodide/iodine was more helpful & alot cheaper. It depends on your issues.

They changed my life - then I was bitten by the tick.

I take sublingual progesterone and estrogen (bi-est). I could sleep for the first time in years and my migraines were gone.

But they do not affect the tick infections. I have frequent hot flashes now and insomnia off and on.

I also take armour thyroid.
