Been on Mepron June 2010 - October 2010 and again Dec. to now.
How do I know when to stop? Feeling pretty good.

I'd stay on for a while after going as far as you've determined you can go on it. I went off after 2.5 months and, despite having gotten back to about 95% on it, had slid back to about 75% within a few months.
