Hi My 20 month old daughter has a bullseye rash on her arm. Wife said she killed a mosquito there 2 days ago. I read mosquito's can transmit lyme. Anyone know how we should proceed? We live in Saugerties NY. About 200 miles north of NYC. Thank you

Get her to a Dr. ASAP and say it was a tick bite. She needs treatment.

Take photos of the rash. Make sure the lighting is right to show the rash - take multiple pics if you need to, so you can prove the rash.
I took my toddler to a late-night walk-in pediatric clinic a few years ago with a fever and a bulls-eye rash, and they gave her 3 weeks of amox without bothering to test her. I realize now that 3 weeks isn't great, but considering some get 10 days, it's a start.
From there, you can see a doc that will give her longer treatment, but at least you can get started asap.
