Someone mentioned they got rid of babesia with it. It did not get rid of mine but helped a lot with my bart symptoms.

I am curious and a bit confused too.

My LLMD just put me on Bactrim DS for Bartonella.

He said it would be better than Levaquin or rifampin for me..

I am also on IM Bicillin.

I believe it goes after both. I'm on it for bart.

My lyme doc says it treats both babs and bart. He used it on me for both. It worked for me.

Thanks. I think it knocked the bart way down for me but the babesia took over. I was feeling really good and decided to pulse it five days a week as I had trouble sleeping while on it. That is when I began to go under.

I noticed that it is included in some protocols to be used with Mepron and zithro and I was not sure why.
