Is it true that you cannot take these together ? What other types of liver support is recommended ?

My daughter took them both for nine months. She did space them apart though. She doesn't take anything around the same time that she takes her milk thistle.

I just saw some posts on Medical when I was researching this issue.

Maybe Rifampin reduces the effectiveness of milk thistle and it's not actually harmful? I don't know anymore! [bonk]
