She has a positive IGG and a number of slightly positive IGM bands (the INDs), so this is a really positive test.
Her body has made lots of antibodies to various parts of the lyme bacteria. That's what the test measures, and that's what they found in her case.
Why would her body make these if she didn't have lyme?

lymetoo; yes it is igenex and yes it is positive by them but she doesn`t want to take my word for it so I told her I would get other opinions

IGeneX IND's are weak positives, according to most LLMD's. All of her IgM bands, therefore, are Lyme-specific. Bands 23 and 31 are outer surface proteins of Lyme (Osp C & A, respectively). Band 39 is the most Lyme-specific band there is, and she is positive on that one. Band 83-93 is Lyme specific, also.
See http://www.anapsid.org/lyme/wb.html - scroll down to the table showing each band and it tells you what it is and whether it is specific to Lyme (Bb) or not.
