I'm truly at my wits end with this. No matter how I feel, the head pressure WILL NOT go away. I have tried so hard to drive and just can't. I drove two miles and the head pressure started up. I got home and started gagging violently - of course no vomit. Just dry heaves.
This is illogical to the nth degree. I find it impossible to accept/believe this can happen so easily. When at home on some days, I'm outside doing some yard work. That is more strenuous that driving two miles. There's zero explanation as to why someone's ears would start getting full in 5 minutes and seasick instantly. As a passenger on decent days (far and few between), I can be OK. The minute behind the wheel, done..
I just get so scared now with this squeezing sensation in my head. It's like a band around the whole head. I feel like I'm going to die due to it at some point. I've had brain MRIs, MRAs, etc. - all fine. I have another cervical MRI tomorrow. None explains the severe nausea accompanied with it.
How many medical conditions can truly flip on this fast? I'm a reasonable person, but this pattern is getting insane.
Possible reasons for bad head pressure based on my research are:
If I don't rid this symptom, I NEVER EVER get my life back. Simple as that. I'm in prison at home due to it. I always say I hope I'm not barking down the wrong tree with my treatment.
Every time I get nauseated my ears are going crazy too. Like a pressure/whooshing feeling.
Last insane problem: I'm totally unable to speak on a wireless phone for any length. I've been beaten down the last three times trying. 5 minutes into it, my head squeezes terribly. Almost a change in sensation in that area. My ear starts to ache. I get so jittery I'm ready to jump out of my skin. Before being on the phone, I was 100% fine. WTH? I used to be on the phone for hours at my job before getting disabled w/o any issues.
I need help/solutions so so badly. I'm very close to getting a spinal tap done and saying forget all I read here. I'm starting to feel it's necessary.

I have pressure headaches too. Mine usually start at the back of my neck and work up to my face muscles and jaw.
I honestly think that its from Babesia and Bartonella depending on where I feel it. My neck gets so stiff I can't move it and my back muscles hurt sooo bad. It was one of the co-infections for me b/c when I took Bactrim it got really bad. I have found that my ear issues (which are really bad also) are from Bartonella. I have ear pain and sensitivity to noise. Also, lost of pressure, crackling sounds.

I think the key to solving your problem is to focus on what brings it on.
A long time ago I said it sounded like you had motion sickness and that is what kept you from being able to drive. You agreed. I have seen people with motion sickness get sick very, very quickly--within a minute or 2. So, that is common with motion sickness.
The other thing you are reacting to is a wireless phone. So, why not look into the technology of that. They emit some type of radiofrequency that you are evidently reacting to. Or, it is something else about the technology that is affecting your head?
I would look into these things if I were you. My guess is that doctors will do all kinds of tests looking for all kinds of illnesses, but won't look into these types of things for you.

There are 2 reasons I have head pressure and ringing.
One, I have not detoxed enough..
Two, My b12 levels are low

Is it only a wireless phone you can't speak on? If so, maybe you have developed EMF sensitivity.
From what I've read, that can cause all kinds of symptoms and when you're out driving maybe the power lines are affecting you?
Here is an interesting power point presentation that I had read.
