My husband is wondering if other lymies have these symptoms (he is computer illiterate if you guys haven't figured that out yet). Does anyone just feel completely exhausted at the end of the day even if you don't do anything strenuous, but if you do something (like mow the lawn, chores, etc.) then you feel even worse and just basically collapse on the couch exhausted and in pain?
Also, does anyone ever wake up from a short nap during the day feeling stiff, much more body pain, dizzy, overall just feel worse?
Thanks!

Sandy - my energy level returned to normal after a short time with treatment but throughout treatment, I have always had large joint pain and stiffness. Upon waking, knees and feet are stiff and achy and knee remains achy throughout the day with some shoulder pain here and there. If I sit for any extended amount of time, I am stiff. I refuse to take pain meds as I want to know what is and what's not working (if anything LOL)

Sandy, upon waking I do have severe muscle and spine pain. Very stiff everywhere. But Spine and muscle weakness is 24/7.
Never can sleep. End of day drop dead type of flu symptoms but not tired - just extreme over all body weakness and brain weakness. Neck too weak to hold head up, yes, exhausted but not the kind that makes you sleep. Cannot sleep.

Your husband might benefit greatly from
1. Muscle relaxant at bedtime
2. An air mattress. The springs in a regular mattress form pressure points. Many of us have 'thick or sticky blood' - it pools at these pressure points causing lots of pain after sleeping or laying down.
