Okay, am I the only one experiencing this...for the past several years, at the same time that my eyesight has deteriated, I see what appears to be some kind of worms in my field of vision. They appear to be living in my eyeball fluid..they change shapes and sizes constantly AND sometimes, I can actually see them moving slowly...it really freaks me out!

Hey girl!
They are not worms, haha! When your retina becomes strained, or damaged, or just normal wear n tear, tiny fiber like strands break off and float around in your eye fluid. They cast shadows between your retina and cornea and that is what you see floating around. Also, that is why when you move your eyes to look at them, they also move!!
These are normal, dont worry about them!

We call them floaters -
I got rid of all Lyme eye symptoms by drinking mangosteen juice, an anti-inflammatory juice. There are lots of varieties in healthfood stores and online. I like the Ultra and Mango-Xan ones. If you try it, go slowly and drink water also, as it can be powerful.

Robin,
Do you know if Mangosteen juice has a lot of sugar in it?
Thanks Chootik

Yeast can cause it too, so my Dr says. Maybe Diflucan if youre not already on it.
