Was on penicillin for 2 days prior to surgery, but stopped day off and switched to amox because of stomach pain. Had 3 taken out, 1 on th eleft and 2 on the right. Rigt side is super swollen and painful. WHat are symptos of infection and what about cativation?

Infection would be a terrible taste, pus, swollen, etc. It could be a dry socket which is extremely painful until the site heals and closes up.
If I can recommend any product for tooth pain after extraction it would be tooth eugenol oil (clove oil).
You can buy this at stores like CVS and it is package as a product called Red Cross Toothache remedy.
I guarantee you if you have pain this will take care of it for hours at a time.
